After the expansion of the restaurant in 2003, we opened an oyster bar. The bar is operated by Brandon Marshall, and his wife Adriane. We serve fresh LOCAL caught oysters, and shrimp. Oysters are served by the peck and half peck, while shrimp are served by the pound and half pound. Come enjoy the laid back atmosphere, while one of our friendly staff steams and shucks your oysters. We also serve a wide variety of domestic, and imported beer, along with a brown bagging license, that allows you to bring in your favorite liquor. The oyster bar opens in early November and closes in late January.

The Martelle's Feed House Oyster Bar is open nightly during bear hunting and duck hunting seasons.  We welcome all hunters during their stay in Hyde County.  Give us a call to get directions from your lodge!
